What this site does

Founder Forecast publishes revenue commitments people make about their own products, and the outcome they later record. It is a public noticeboard, nothing more.

No money changes hands

There are no stakes, deposits, escrow, prizes or payouts on this site. A commitment is not a wager and not a contract with anyone. Nothing here is enforceable against you beyond the fact that it is published under your name.

Your commitments

You are responsible for what you post, including the revenue figures and the outcome you record. A commitment cannot be edited or deleted once posted. If you do not resolve a commitment within seven days of its deadline, it is recorded as missed automatically. Post only about products you actually run.

What is not allowed

No impersonation, no links to malware or illegal material, no spam, and no automated posting. Accounts and content that break this can be removed without notice.

No warranty

The site is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability or of the accuracy of anything anyone posts. Figures are self-reported and unverified. To the extent the law allows, there is no liability for any loss arising from using this site.

These terms can change; the date above says when they last did. Questions go to saswatmarpureddy@gmail.com. Indian law applies, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
